ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ order or direction more in the nature of mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the action of the respondents in taking steps to fill up the post of Assistant Professors in replacing the petitioners by way of fresh recruitments instead of absorbing / regularizing the services of the petitioners as Assistant Professors in the existing vacancies / respective departments and not paying regular salary attached to the post of Assistant Professors as arbitrary illegal discriminatory and unconstitutional violating Article 14 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and issue consequential directions directing the respondents to forthwith continue the petitioners in service as Assistant Professors till absorbing / regularizing the services of the petitioners as Assistant Professors in the existing vacancies in view of qualifications r/w service taking into account similar directions passed by this Honourable High Court Dated 28 02 2018 in IA No. 1/2018 in WP No 5979/2018 and orders dated 09.04.2018 in IA No. 1/2018 in WP No 11662/2018 with all consequential benefits and pass…”
2. Heard Ms. S.V.Indira, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri I.Madhu Babu, learned Standing Counsel for JNTUK and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the light of the interim orders passed by this Court vide I.A.No.01 of 2018 dated 23.04.2018, the respondent authorities have complied with the interim orders and the petitioners are continuing in the service.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of.

5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No
order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
