HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JASMEET SINGH O R D E R % 13.03.2026 CM APPL. 15417/2026
1. This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking modification of the order dated 10.02.2026 and more particularly paragraph No. 16 to show that “zero (‘0’) marks only in attendance.”
2. Even though I am of the view that paragraph No. 16 adequately takes care of the apprehension of the petitioner but by way of caution, paragraph 16 of the order dated 10.02.2026 is modified and shall read as under:
“16. For the said reasons, I am of the view that the petitioner will suffer the consequences for less than 80% attendance by getting zero marks in attendance only. However, less than 80% attendance will not be a reason for not permitting the petitioner to carry forward her academic career.”
3. The application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
