Mr. Balwant Kukreja, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents. By way of this application, a prayer has been made for the release of the amount on behalf of the applicants/respondents. Though, the application is opposed by Mr. Deepak Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, but having heard Mr. Balwant Kukreja, leaned counsel for the applicants/respondents, this Court is of the considered view that now as the judgment has attained finality, no purpose is going to be served by not ordering the disbursal of the amount in favour of the applicants/respondents. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with the direction that let the amount deposited by the Insurance Company be released in favour of the applicants/respondents in terms of their share with upto date interest. The Court stands informed that the amount is deposited before the learned MACT, therefore, the learned MACT to release the amount in terms of the order that has been passed by the Court.
