Applicants are seeking transfer the case from district Auraiya to any of the places i.e. Jhansi, Kanpur or Prayagraj as the complainant opposite party no.2 is influential. The applicants nos.1 to 4 are residing in state of Gujrat, whereas applicant no.5 is residing at Auraiya. The case is pending for the last approximately twelve years and the ground raised for transfer of the case does not appeal to prudence as another case between the parties under Section 13 Hindu Marriage Act filed by applicant no.1 is also pending adjudication at Auraiya.
