OMP-894 of 2025 Learned counsel for the non-applicants/ appellants submits that non-applicants/appellants do not intend to assail the judgment dated 06.05.2025 passed in Arbitration Appeal No.114 of 2024 (Union of India & Anr. vs. M/s. B.S. Ranbir & Co.). That the aforesaid judgment has attained finality, as it has been accepted by the non- applicants/appellants. He further submits that the award amount has been deposited by the non-applicants/ appellants in the Registry of this Court. The non- applicants/appellants have no objection, in case, the amount is released in favour of the applicant/respondent. In view of above, this application is allowed. Amount deposited by the non-applicants/appellants in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/respondent along with upto date interest, if any, accrued thereupon. The same be remitted in the bank account of the applicant/respondent, details whereof have been furnished in the application. Application to stand disposed of.
