There are, in all, two accused persons and they both are facing trial for committing murder and conspiracy. 3. As per Nominal Roll of the applicant, he was arrested on 30.06.2019 and has already, as on date, undergone more than four years of incarceration. Applicant is in his late twenties and his Nominal Roll does not disclose any other involvement of any nature. 4. The charges have already been ascertained and out of 47 cited witnesses, prosecution has examined 22 witnesses so far. 5. FIR in question was registered on the basis of receiving information that a person was running in a bleeding condition. Learned counsel for the applicant states that prosecution has attempted to build-up its case on the basis of statement of PW-1 Ms. Pooja, who, when examined, has not fully supported the case of prosecution. 7. The Investigating Officer SI Pooja Saini is present and submits that all the material public witnesses have already been examined. 8. Be that as it may, keeping in mind the overall facts of the case, the period of incarceration of the applicant, who is not involved in any other case and the fact that there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future, applicant is hereby admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one local surety of like amount, subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court, Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Judicial Magistrate First Class with the following conditions: - (i) The applicant would provide his Mobile Number to the concerned I.O and would ensure that such Mobile Number remains active and operational, till the disposal of the case by the learned Trial Court. (ii) Learned Trial Court would be at liberty to get the addresses of applicant and his surety verified, before accepting the bonds. In case, applicant wants to change his address later on, he shall give prior intimation in writing, not only to the concerned investigating officer but also to the learned Trial Court.
