1. Learned advocate appearing for the state respondents hands up to court a copy of a report dated January 31, 2026 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, prepared in compliance with an order dated January 29, 2026 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur and submits that the certified copy of the documents as requested by the petitioner are ready. The same are taken on record.
2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has also received instructions from his client (i.e. the petitioner herein), that certified copies of the documents as requested by the petitioner are ready for delivery.
3. Since the parties are ad idem that certified copies as requested by the petitioner are ready for delivery in the learned Court concerned, therefore there is no
2 reason to keep this writ petition pending. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take the certified copies, in accordance with law.
4. WPA 4022 of 2025 stand disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
