When it was informed that the criminal appeal is of the year 2024 seeking bail and it cannot be adjourned indefinitely, awaiting result of the writ petition, learned counsel for the appellant sought for pass over. In spite of that, even the matter is called again and again till 3.00 p.m, there is no representation. I do not find any reason to keep the appeal pending.
