In such written instructions, it is stated that there is a title dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that an inquiry would be conducted and that orders would be issued on merits. 3. In view of the above submissions of Learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's request for survey by issuing 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent.
