Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Purvi Tundi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 345(3), 317(4), 317(5), 303 (2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Satyabhama Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. On 07.05.2025, Purvi Tundi Police apprehended this petitioner while he was travelling on a stolen motorcycle. The petitioner claimed that he was bonafide purchaser of the motorcycle and he has purchased the same from Rafique Ansari. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about three months. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Satyabhama Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad, or her successor, in connection with Purvi Tundi P.S.
