The applicant is aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 26.05.2022 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Silchar, Cachar in MAC Case No. 1385/2016. 3. The applicant has prayed for stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and award. 4. I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection. 5. Considering the submissions, the impugned judgment and award dated 26.05.2022 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Silchar, Cachar in MAC Case No. 1385/2016 is stayed, subject to the condition that the applicant deposits 50% of the compensation amount within four weeks before the Registry of this Page No.# 3/3 Court. 6. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 has submitted for withdrawal of 50% of the compensation. 7. The respondent No. 1 is allowed to withdraw the compensation after executing a bond for verification by the Registry. 8.
