The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there is a complaint against the petitioner filed by the third respondent that promising to obtain loan for Rs.54 Crores, substantial amount was received by the petitioner and that the third respondent was cheated. 3. Since an enquiry is pending, this Court cannot issue any direction as prayed for. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on summons and the respondent Police shall thereafter conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks. 4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
