The present MCC has been filed for extension of time to comply with the order dated 11.04.2025 passed in WPS No. 2870 of 2018 wherein, the present applicant No. 2 has been directed to relieve the petitioners from the present place of posting to their parental department within period of 20 days. 2. It is submitted by the counsel for the applicants/State that the recruitment process is going on, and till the finalization of recruitment process, it would be necessary to continue the services of the respondents No. 1 to 12/petitioners with the applicants, and the same would be completed at the earliest. The learned counsel for the applicants prays for an extension of time to complete the proceeding. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for respective respondents would oppose the submission made by Ms. Shukla. 4. Considering the reasons assigned in the present MCC, prayer of extension of time is allowed and applicants/ State are granted further 30 days time to comply with the order passed in WPS No. 2870 of 2018. 3 5.
