Petitioner is serving as Drawing Master at GHS Hellan under complex GSSS Baga Chanogi Thach, District Mandi, stated to be a hard area. His case is that on completion of the prescribed tenure at the aforesaid station, he preferred representations dated 07.05.2025 and 15.06.2025 (Annexure P-4 Colly.) to the competent 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 authority seeking transfer to a station of his choice. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representations have not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner (Annexure P-4 Colly.) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
