For the Respondents: Mr. Deepak Sharma, Advocate. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite there being transfer order dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure P-1), whereby petitioner has been transferred from HRTC Parwanoo Unit to HRTC Nahan Unit, petitioner is not being relieved. 2. Before reply, if any, could be received from the respondents, Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel representing the respondents, made available copy of Office order dated 29.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Parwanoo, to 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 demonstrate that petitioner herein has been relieved from Parwanoo unit to enable him to join at Nahan Unit. Copy of aforesaid order is taken on record to substantiate the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondents. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly same is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
