By this application filed under Section 483 BNSS, the petitioner, namely, Jahangir @ Jahanir Alam, son of Abdul Khalek, resident of village-No.1 Borgora Khuti, Police Station- Dalgaon, District-Darrang is seeking bail in North Lakhimpur Police Station Case No. 301/2024 registered under Sections 87/64 of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, in which he was arrested on 03.10.2024. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K K Parashar, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said North Lakhimpur PS Case No. 301/2024 vide Charge Sheet No. 241/2024 dated 31.10.2024. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said North Lakhimpur PS Case No. 301/2024. 5.
