Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 has pointed out that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, whereas the final report has been submitted in favour of the other petitioners. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid facts but has submitted that she does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage. 5.
