The present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 15.01.2025 passed by Special Judge (E.C. Act), Prayagraj in S.T. No. 1649 of 2024 (State of U.P. vs. Pyarelal and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 382 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 325, 427, 504, 506 and 308 IPC, P.S. Mauaima, District Prayagraj, whereby discharge application has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
