Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr. HS. Paonam and Mr. K. Seityajeet, learned counsel for the respondents are present before the Court Physically.
The present application has been initiated for willful disobedience of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.617 of 2023 dated 05.09.2022. However, the learned counsel for the respondents in this matter submitting that the order dated 11.08.2025 issued by Government of Manipur/Secretariat, Agriculture Department, and this order consisting of all Para Nos.1-13 whereas in the last paragraph issued by Principle Secretary/ Agriculture, Government of Manipur that in respect of compliance order dated 05.09.2022 rendered by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.617 of 2023 read with letter No. PIC-17/1/2025/e-FD dated 11.08.2025 issued by Government of Manipur, Secretariat/Finance Department (Pay Implementation Act).

Therefore, keeping in view the order rendered by the aforesaid authorities of the Government of Manipur is taken on record.
Therefore, the present contempt petition is hereby closed.
Keeping in view the submission made by the aforesaid learned counsel for the complainant/petitioner in this matter is concerned, it is deemed appropriate that liberty may be granted as in accordance with law.
