N.22Sl 151/CL 11.03.26 Sl-41 Ct-06 (S.R.) CO 4332 of 2025 Gangotri Mercantile Pvt. Ltd. v. Sri Sibesh Kumar Dubey & Ors. Mr. Amritam Mandal … for the petitioner. 1. This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.92 of 2026 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Sealdah. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner invites the attention of this Court to order dated November 3, 2022 passed in CO 2218 of 2022 and order dated March 15, 2024 passed in CO 667 of 2024 and submits that on both the occasions, this Court had requested the learned Trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously. It is submitted that despite the aforesaid orders, the suit still remains pending. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 4. Since already two orders have been passed, by this Court requesting the learned Trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously, it is expected that the learned Trial Court shall give due respect to the said orders and endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. This Court expresses hope and trust that the petitioner may not have to travel to this Court again seeking expeditious disposal of the suit, which remains pending despite two successive orders having been passed by this Court requesting for expeditious disposal of the suit. 6. CO 4332 of 2025 stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs. 7. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.) 2
