Petitioner is aggrieved as he was not rendered with police assistance in spite of informing the police authorities on 20.03.2023, particularly as the private respondent has been creating hindrance for proper utilization of the civic amenities. Mr. Banerjee, learned Additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of the State. If the petitioner with necessary permissions of the municipal authorities intends to join the sewerage connection and resistance is offered from the locality, in that case, if the petitioner is able to provide proper documentation, police authorities would ensure that no breach of the peace or 2 interference is created by the private respondents or any other local residents. With the aforesaid observations WPA 9581 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, be disposed of accordingly.
