Petitioner is claiming salary of Principal while working as an Officiating Principal. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has worked as an Officiating Principal since 31.3.2024 and Committee of Management has forwarded the papers to the DIOS, but the DIOS has not taken any decision on it. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that Committee of Management is not a party in this writ petition. However, in case papers have already been forwarded and if there is no legal impediment, prayer of the petitioner may be considered in light of judgment passed by this Court in WRIT-A No.-57731 of 2010, Yamuna Narain Mishra Vs. State of U.P. and Others, Neutral Citation No.-2025:AHC:11243. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that claim of the petitioner for salary of Principal while working as an Officiating Principal be considered in accordance with law taking note of judgment passed by this Court in Yamuna Narain Mishra, (supra) and in case still there is any legal impediment, same will be communicated to the petitioner within a short period.
