(RNT,J & MRK,J W.P. NO.25707 OF 2003) THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI NATH TILHARI AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM WRIT PETITION NO: 25707 OF 2003 ORDER :- (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari) This Writ Petition was filed by the petitioner for setting aside the order of the Special Court under A.P.Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, at Hyderabad, dated 28.10.2003, passed in L.G.A.No.21 of 2002. 2. On earlier occasions, i.e., on 18.09.2024, 04.09.2024, 21.08.2024, 20.11.2024, 04.12.2024, 18.12.2024, 22.01.2025, 29.01.2025, and 06.03.2025, the matter was adjourned to afford the counsels an opportunity to argue the case on the next date. 3. Today again, Sri S. Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for an adjournment to file additional papers. But, he is unable to specify what additional papers need to be filed. The same, therefore, appears to be nothing, but an attempt to get another adjournment for no justifiable reasons. 4. In view of the repeated adjournments, as also that the writ petition is of the year 2003, the request for adjournment is rejected. (RNT,J & MRK,J W.P. NO.25707 OF 2003) 5. The interim order granted on 17.12.2003, stands vacated. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner fails to argue the matter. The Writ Petition is dismissed “for want of prosecution”. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed. ____________________ RAVI NATH TILHARI, J ______________________________ MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM, J Date : 27.03.2025.
