No.61/2025, registered with the Police Station S.M.S. Hospital, Jaipur City (East) for offences under Section 303(2) of B.N.S. 2. No one is present on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Having considered the allegations against the accused- petitioners and the fact that petitioners are in custody since 26.05.2025, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits [2025:RJ-JP:23263] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7653/2025] and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 4. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners shall be released on bail provided each of them shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before the trial Court or any other Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
