Mr. Dheeraj Singhal, Adv. Mr. Ankit Khandelwal, Adv. For Respondent(s) : Mr. Shree Ram Dhakar, PP Mr. Manvendra Singh, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 28/08/2025 1. These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. on behalf of accused-petitioners. The accused- petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.110/2025, registered at Police Station Pahari, District Deeg, for the offence(s) under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2)(b) of BNS and Sections 66-D of I.T Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the accused- petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the accused-petitioners are in custody since 21.05.2025, 22.05.2025 and 25.05.2025 respectively. It is also contended that the charge-sheet has already been submitted and the trial of the case may take considerable time. It is further contended that the matter is exclusively triable by Magistratrate, therefore, the bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the grant of bail application. 4. Heard and perused the material available on the record. [2025:RJ-JP:34483] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-7785/2025] 5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners and looking to the fact that the matter is exclusively triable by Magistrate and the charge-sheet has already been submitted.
