She therefore, submits that the present contempt petitioner may be closed. In view of the above submission, this Court on finding that the petitioners have received their compensation amount in terms of this Court’s Order dated 15.02.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 170/2019, find it fit to close the Contempt Petition No. 13 of 2025.
