JUSTICE MANASH RANJAN PATHAK ORDER 08.01.2025 Heard Mr. R Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Nasir Uddin Ahmed @ Nasir Ali, son of Late Abdul Jalil Sheikh, resident of village-Jhagrarpar Pt-II, Police Station-Dhubri, District- Dhubri has filed this application on 10.12.2024 under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for his pre-arrest bail in Dhubri Police Station Case No. 401/2024 registered under Sections 329(4)/308(2)/ 351(2)/3(5) BNS, 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 1313/2024. 3) The Court by order dated 16.12.2024 called for the status report along with the up-to- date case diary pertaining to Dhubri Police Station Case No. 401/2024, fixing the matter today. 4) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after investigation submitted charge-sheet in said Dhubri P.S. Case No. 401/2024 on 30.11.2024 vide charge-sheet No. 414/2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 1313/2024. 5) With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands closed.
