The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Babulal Narzary was granted interim anticipatory bail, by this Court, by order dated 12.12.2024, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Bilasipara P.S. Case No. 234/2024 and has submitted that the statement of the petitioner under Section 180 of the BNSS has already been recorded. 4. In view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail grated to him, by order dated 12.12.2024 is hereby made absolute, subject to the following conditions- (i) that the petitioner shall co-operate in investigation as and when required; and (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. 5.
