On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that pursuant to the request made by the first respondent, the petitioner's account was frozen. Subsequently, the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.24518 of 2024, ordered to defreeze the account of the petitioner. He further submitted that now, there is no amount is lying with the petitioner's bank account. 3.
