The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.0528/2024 registered at Police Station- Bandikui (Dausa), District Dausa for offences under Sections 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 110, 324(4), 324(5), 351(2) and 351(3) of the BNS. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged incident arose from a dispute regarding an outstanding financial amount. He further submits that though there is a specific act attributed to the present petitioner, but no grievous injury was caused by him. As per medical report, the alleged injury causing a large cut on right hand is simple in nature. There are no criminal antecedents [2025:RJ-JP:26727] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7664/2025] against the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is behind the Bars since 02.06.2025. The trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody, hence the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. On consideration of the rival submission and material available on record and deliberating all the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner. 6.
