Page No.# 2/2 3. Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The Insurance Company has agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs. 9,30,000/- as compensation to the claimants. 4. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 9,30,000/- before the Registry of this Court within 4 (four) weeks from the date of this order. 5. The Claimant, Hamida Khatoon may withdraw the amount from the Registry of this Court after proper verification by the Registry. 6.
