O R D E R According to the petitioner, his father inherited 1.05.5 hectares in survey No.23/5 and that the settlement 'A' register reflects his father's name for the entire extent. On the ground that an error was committed during the UDR period inasmuch as only 0.30.5 hectares was reflected in his father's name, the petitioner had submitted a representation to the District Revenue Officer seeking rectification of the UDR error. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that the revenue records from the UDR only reflect the petitioner's father's name as regards 0.30.5 hectares in survey No.23/5A. 3. On examining the affidavit and the documents filed in support thereof, a prima facie case is made out to exercise jurisdiction by the District Revenue Officer. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the District Revenue Officer to consider the petitioner's request for rectification of the alleged UDR error and to pass orders thereon within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and current pattadars.
