The present Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the dismissal of the Writ Petition, wherein certain clauses in G.O.(1D)No. 217, School Education Department, dated 10.06.2019 has been put to challenge. 2. The Writ Court, after giving certain directions, was pleased to dismiss the Writ Petition. Challenging the same, the present Writ Appeal has been preferred. 3. According to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents authorities, the said Government Order relates to deployment of surplus teachers for the academic year 2019-2020. In such circumstances, according to the learned Government Advocate, the challenge to the said Government Order may not require any adjudication at this length of time. 5.
