This petition is filed seeking an order for substituted service on the third respondent K.Kannan in CMP(MD)No.3384 of 2025 in WA(MD)No.45 of 2016. 2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been stated that though notice had been directed and issued to the respondents to the known address, it had been returned with an endorsements ''unclaimed'' and ''door locked'' and that there is deliberate evasion to receive notice. Under such circumstances, this application has been filed seeking to serve the third respondent through substituted service. 3.
