Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bermo P.S. Case No. 165 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 303(2) and 334(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat.

On 08.12.2024 at about 3.00 pm, theft was committed in the jewellery shop of the informant. Unknown dacoits looted away jewellery worth Rs. 80,000/-.

It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, Rajendra, has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 6852 of 2025.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Bermo P.S. Case No. 165 of 2024.
