The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police in not registering a complaint regarding the alleged misappropriation of funds of the Asdivasi Swachanda Seva Samastha (Aadivasi Trust). 2. The petitioner is the President of the Aadivasi Seachanda Seva Samastha, and Respondent Nos.6 to 8 are office bearers of the said Seva Samastha. The allegations of misappropriation have been made against the petitioner, and Crime No.22 of 2025 has been registered against the petitioner based on the complaint of one of the Committee members. 3. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner pertains to the misappropriation of about Rs. 1,00,000/-. However, the complaint regarding the misappropriation of funds, etc., is a matter best left for adjudication by a competent civil court. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum and file a civil suit, if so advised. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
