Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 22.10.2024 passed by respondent no.4- Assistant Collector (First Class), Tehsildar, Chandausi, District Sambhal in Case No.06037/2020 u/s 67 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Annexure No.4 to this writ petition). ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to provide the benefit of the provisions of United Provinces Village Abadi Act, 1947 and Section 67-A U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 to the petitioner and settled their ownership and possessionary right over his existing house built on plot no.234 situated at Village Pathara, Tehsil Chandausi, District Sambhal." 2. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing appeal against the order impugned. 3. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 4.
