The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 312 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate XXIV, Ranchi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner has moved for grant of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.9616 of 2023 which was dismissed as withdrawn and present anticipatory bail was earlier dismissed as not pressed and subsequently restored. He next submits that on the fresh ground, present anticipatory bail application has been filed as the petitioner and informant have solemnized the marriage and they are residing together and both are major. On these grounds, he submits that the anticipatory bail application may kindly be granted.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that it appears that now the marriage has been solemnized.

Learned counsel for the informant accepts the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that now the marriage has been solemnized and both are residing together. He
2025:JHHC:10845 submits that in the supplementary affidavit compromise petition has been annexed.

Considering that earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn and now the present anticipatory bail application has been filed stating that now both have solemnized the marriage and residing together and on the fresh ground second anticipatory bail application can be maintained and it has also been pointed out that both are major, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate XXIV, Ranchi, in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 312 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
