(Oral) By way of instant petition, prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner for execution of order dated 23.07.2022 passed by this Court in CWP No.11781 of 2025, titled as Mohar Singh Vs. HP State Forest Corporation and Another, whereby this Court passed the following order: “3. Consequently, in view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of aforesaid judgment expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks. Needless to say, authority concerned while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereupon. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, if he still remains aggrieved. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.” 2. Before notices, if any, could be issued in the instant petition, Mr. Abhishek Nagta, Advocate, representing the respondents, has made available copy of office order dated 2 11.11.2025, to state that respondents after having conferred work charge status upon the petitioner, have also refixed his pay. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from aforesaid compliance, if not already released, are released expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months.
