Apparently, petitioner seeks analogous hearing of Sessions Serial No. 16 of 2022 with another trial. Court is informed that the Sessions Serial No. 16 of 2022 is fixed for argument while other police case is at the commutation stage. 2 By the impugned order, learned Jurisdictional Court rightly rejected the prayer for analogous hearing.
