He submits that the 3'”'^ respondent called upon the petitioners to furnish the details of the sale transactions which were executed by the petitioners as a builder in favour of the prospective purchasers and details with regard to lease of shops, details of the lessee, term of lease, the sale transactions and sale proceeds and other conditions of lease were also sought for. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint of the 2"^^ respondent is with regard to amount of Rs.2,00,000/- and that the said amount was also returned to the 2"^ respondent. It is submitted that the respondent has taken a hostile stand against the petitioners on account of the petitioners filing criminal petition vide Crl.P.No.2590 of 2025 against registration of Crime No.24 of 2025 and this Court directed the Police to complete the investigation by following the procedure under Section 35 (3) of BNSS, 2023. V Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 3'”'^ respondent is hereby directed to restrict the investigation in so far as the complaint received from the complainant and other aspects as sought for in the notice dated 10.6.2025, issued under Section 94 of BNSS, 2023, is highly uncalled for and irrelevant to the complainant. 3. 5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications if any, shall stand closed.
