It is submitted that respondent Nos.6 to 14 are pressurizing the petitioner through respondent Nos.4 and 5 to enter into lease agreement with respondent No.6. It is submitted that the petitioner is unconnected and has no right or power to execute the lease deed. It is submitted that respondent No.5 is threatening to open rowdy sheet against the petitioner in the event the father of the petitioner does not execute any leese deeds as desired by them. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, 2. submitted that four crimes were registered against the petitioner and the Police called him for serving notice only under Section 35(3) of BNSS for the purpose of conducting investigation in Crime No.96 of 2025. It is also submitted that the petitioner filed Criminal Petition No.5969 of 2025 seeking to quash Crime No.96 of 2025 and the same was disposed off directing the Police to complete the investigation by following the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the BNSS. 5 S Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government 3. Pleader that the petitioner was called to the Police Station only for the purpose of serving notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS and as it is also submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the Police would not interfere in civil disputes nor get involved in the dispute between the petitioner and respondents Nos.6 to 14, the Writ Petition is disposed off.
