1. The present application has been moved for restoration of WPC No. 2462 of 2019, which was dismissed by this Court on 03.04.2025 as counsel for the petitioner pleaded no instruction.
2. Learned counsel for applicant would submit that WPC No. 2462 of 2019 was dismissed as counsel for the petitioner pleaded no instruction on

2 present applicant approached his counsel and informed him that the amount of compensation has not been paid yet. He would contend that cause of action still survives; therefore, WPC No. 2462 of 2019 may be restored to its original number.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by Mr. Agrawal, and grounds raised in the application, the present application is hereby allowed. The WPC No. 2462 of 2019 is restored to its original number.
