Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, learned counsel, on instruction, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw these two writ petitions with liberty to approach the Member Secretary, SEIAA in order to raise his grievance and in turn thereof for its consideration by the authority concerned. 3.
