OMP(M) No.266 of 2024 Despite grant of several opportunities, the non- applicants/respondents have not filed reply. Learned counsel for the non-applicants/respondents states that delay in instituting the appeal be condoned as the respondents do not intend to oppose the application. 2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit. The applicants/appellants have cogently explained the delay in institution of the appeal. The application is not even opposed by the non-applicants/ respondents. 3. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application and the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The application to stand disposed of. Arb. Appeal No.112 of 2025 4. Be registered. List after four weeks. OMP No.409 of 2025 5. Subject to deposit of entire awarded amount alongwith up to date interest in the Registry of this Court within a period of four weeks, operation and execution of impugned judgment dated 20.01.2024, passed by the learned District Judge Bilaspur, H.P. in Arbitration Case No.06 of 2019 (National Highways Authority of India Versus Jagdish and others), shall remain stayed.
