Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 70/2023 registered at Mahila Thana, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 498-A, 377 and 34 of the IPC. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and quash the impugned FIR dated 18.05.2023, to the extent of the applicant, registered in Crime No. 70/2023 registered at Mahila Thana, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) under Section 498-A, 377 and Section 34 of the IPC, and all further action and proceedings, in the interest of justice." 4. Learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, on 05.10.2024, in view of the same the relief claimed by the petitioner has become infructuous and therefore he filed the application for withdrawal of the petition. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, that the trial of the case is concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges, the I.A. No. 04/2025 is allowed and the present CRMP has been dismissed as withdrawn.
