The police protection can be granted only to the life of a person and cannot be granted to any immovable property. That apart, there is a dispute in respect of the temple between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 7 herein. 3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in favour of the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
