Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda Muffasil P.S. Case No. 97 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 274, 275, 286, 318(4), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 47-A of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. On 02.06.2025 at about 2.40 pm, Godda Police, on the basis of confidential information, raided the house of the petitioner and recovered huge quantity of English liquor. 4. It was submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Godda Muffasil P.S.
