Petitioner while working as Town Planning Officer, YSR Tadigadapa Municipality, YSR Tadigadapa, on the allegation that he failed in discharging of the official duties and held responsible for various irregularities including improper approval of building plans, failure to maintain official registers, inaction against unauthorized constructions, and other lapses in the functioning of Town planning Section, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, came to be issued a common disciplinary proceedings vide G.O.Rt.No.606 Municipal Administration & Urban Development (Vig.ll) Department dated 18.06.2025 proposing action against 21 officers including that of petitioner. Petitioner is stated to be eligible and to be considered to the promotion to the post of Assistant Director of Town and Country Pianning, however, in view of initiation of aforesaid common discipiinary proceedings, his considered for promotion case is not being 4.
