1. The instant bail application under section 483 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in connection with S.T Case No.755 of 2025 (arising out of Ratu P.S Case No.208/2025) registered for the offence under Section 103(1), 238 of BNS pending in the Court of learned AJC-V, Ranchi. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It has been submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and also there is no specific overt act has been alleged against him

It is submitted that the petitioner has been apprehended in the present case only on the confession of co-accused-Kailash Oraon, who has been granted regular bail vide order dated 14.10.2025 passed in B.A No.9291 of 2025 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 4. It has been contended that other co-accused, namely, Anganu Munda @ Agnu Munda has been granted regular bail vide order dated 19.08.2025 passed in B.A No.7064 of 2025 by a co-ordinate Bench of

this Court and another co-accused, namely, Chhotu Kachhap has been granted regular bail vide order dated 04.09.2025 passed in B.A No.7544 of 2025 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. It has further been contended that on the ground of parity, the present petitioner may be enlarged on bail. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2025. 6. While on the other hand, Mrs. Mohua Palit, the learned APP appearing for the State, however, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. However, she is fairly enough to submit that the other co-accused persons have been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 7. This Court has heard the learned counsel for the parties. 8. Taking into consideration the fact that the other co-accused persons have already been extended benefit of regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court as also the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 05.06.2025, therefore, this Court is of the view that the instant bail application deserves to be allowed. 9. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands allowed. 10.
In consequence thereof, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned AJC-V, Ranchi in connection with S.T Case No.755 of 2025 (arising out of Ratu P.S Case No.208/2025) subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall not absent himself on the date fixed without any cogent cause. In failure, the learned trial Court
